Maintenance Requests
The best way to submit a maintenance request is through the TenantCloud portal where you pay rent. You can also send a text message* to 731-207-4343 with details and a picture of the issue. For a maintenance issue that requires immediate attention, call 731-207-4343.

L.A.S. Rental Properties Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
