Our Leadership

Luke has spent more than 15 years working with companies to improve operational performance, financial performance and safety performance with Fortune 500 companies. His projects at Genentech, Boeing Satellite Systems, Northrup Grumman Shipyard, Bell Helicopter and ConocoPhillips has given him a cross-industry, cross functional understanding of the qualities that create excellence.

He has also started his own company which helped him understand how to apply these philosophies with smaller businesses.

He has his undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands in Business and Political Science and his MBA from the University of Southern California. He received a Certificate of Professional Development in Executive Coaching from the London School of Coaching.
